Privacy

This page explains, in plain terms, what we do with information you give us.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, call, or chat, we collect what you tell us: your name, organization, email, phone number, the location and description of your books, and any files you attach. The website itself does not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, evaluate your books, arrange scanning and pickup, and send statements and payments if we work together. Calls and chats with our assistant, Nia, are transcribed so that our team can follow up on the details you gave.

Who sees it

Victoria-Nia staff, and the service providers that run this website, our email, our phone assistant and our shipping labels. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.

Your choices

Email us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
